its been a while since i post something meaningful....i always enjoy reading stories about lessons in life... heres one i just read. A warning though: you may shed tears at the end of the story.

When I was very young, my father had one of the first telephones in our neighborhood.I remember well, the polished old case fastened to the wall and the shiny receiver on the side of the box. I was too little to reach the telephone, but used to listen with fascination when my mother would talk to it.Then I discovered that somewhere inside the wonderful device lived an amazing person and her name was "Information Please" and there was nothing she did not know."Information Please" could supply anybody's number and the correct time.My first personal experience with this genie-in-a-bottle came one day while my mother was visiting a neighbor.Amusing myself at the tool bench in the basement, I whacked my finger with a hammer. The pain was terrible but there didn't seem to be any reason in crying because there was no one home to give me sympathy.I walked around the house sucking my throbbing finger, finally arriving at the stairway. The telephone! Quickly, I ran for the footstool in the parlor and held it to my ear."Information Please," I said into the mouthpiece just above my head. A click or two and a small clear voice spoke into my ear."Information. ""I hurt my finger," I wailed into the phone. The tears came readily enough now that I had an audience."Isn't your mother home?" came the question."Nobody's home but me," I blubbered."Are you bleeding?" the voice asked."No," I replied. 1) moms feeling much better these days!!! doc says that it might take a while for her lungs to completely heal. so will just see loh!!!

2) chief pass away on 31st aug. thousands mourn. i volunteered myself during the funeral. the funeral was one of a kind. no kidding man. the flowers itself cost RM70k. chief was crimated and the ashes was put in 3urns. duno how its gonna be divided. its really a loss to malaysia n to the rest of the world. chief was really one of a kind. may he be well and happy where ever he maybe.

3) went for farewell with chea ean and gang! it was at sevenatenine. i m sure everyone had fun. the place was nice. nice atmosphere plus the drinks are reasonablely cheap compared to clubs. shes leaving malaysia next tue (12/9). will be sending her off.

thats pretty much wat happen the last few week. going off to mamak now to meet up with some childhood friends!!

first of all...HAPPY BIRTHDAY JUNE AND THANK YOU VERY MUCHH!!!!

i had a great time at JUNE's party today. she turn 21 today. happy birthday june dear!!! the party was great. i get to meet people i care about the most in uni. its been a really really long time since i met them. this was the first time in this sem we met. at the begining i froze a bit, didnt know wat to talk to them after so long. i can see that they have change a little, but i still love them.

ck,cl,sy n me went rush after that. the girls sure had fun will all the free drinks the got. the guys however return home with a hole in the wallet.:D i think clubbing is out for me already. i think i have pass the clubbing ERA already. clubbing dun seem fun for me anymore. i prefer bars where i can drink n chill around. for the fun i bought a pack of ciggies for the first time. hahahaha!!!

overall todays a happy day but i still for some reason feel a bit down. MAY TOMORROW BE A HAPPIER DAY!!!

T.E.A.M ended yesterday. i feel euphoric now!

all together there were 6 participants, 10 comms, 2facis, 1 photographer and a dozen of helpers. it ended well. i m glad that the saturday night session went well. i believe that session touched them and open their hearts. bonds grew stronger that night. talks over the weekend was great too. we had uncle vijaya who introduce some new english word like BASTARD to the participant, bro. tan who answered question on life and problems that they faced and the last talk was by liu zhi qian who was the NTV7 newspresenter which goten cancer.

like others, over the weekend, i have learn a lot. i ve learn that you cannot force things to happen. when thing doenst go as plan you will just have to go with the flow. there is no use pulling all your hair out and squeezing all ur brain juice dry. when you do somthing good, good will come following. weeks before i was stressful. especially when dealing with the programme of the camp. as time was going short the matter got worst. problems and problems came up. although all the probs were minor ones, it was stressful. then i totally gave up. i told myself, whatever happens, i dont care already, i just do my part can already. suprisingly once i dont care, everything went quite smoothly. i didnt care that much so i was less stressful. somehow everything seemed fine.

this was the smallest camp i ever join/organised. but i can say i have learn the most. from trusting others to dont care. on the saturday night session, many many cried. infact almost all cried as they reflected on their past and shared among their group. everyone has broken the barrier. trust and friendship was bulid as the shared the deepest feelings among themselve. to me this was beautiful. i didnt join any groups for discussion. all i did wan just walking around and a tear rolled down my eyes.

people ask why m i so SPIRITUAL/HOLY/RELIGIOUS and join so many camps.. but seriously i m not. vic said that i m a commando :D. till this day i cant really say why m i attracted/addicted to camps. mayb because i m a people person. i like people. and camps is a good place to meet someone and get to know that person in a very very short period. and buddhism to me sounds logical/relevent/scientific enought for me. thats why i m buddhist.

lastly before i end.... i would like to say sorry from the bottom of my heart to the people involve in TEAM especially the comms who i have hurt in the course of the camp. i beg for your forgiveness. and also my sincere thanks to all the facis and helpers and speakers and visitors that came and made a diffrence. thank you all...

it is been many many late nights for me...i have been very busy with the CNYE (chinese new year extragavanza) stuff. my job, is one of a kind. mainly everything that needs to be done but no one doing it is my job. building giant tanglungs to distributing flyers. tiring but satisfying. many ups and downs. many time i did wanted to screw people but then all this happens. so just go by it.

went paintball today with the incovar bunch. it was great. i played 3 fun pack 15min games. got abt 23 frags and got fraged 10 times. each shot is painfull and paintfull...hahaha it gives u a 20cent coin "orr cheh" (bruises) and a paint marking. the most amazing part my groin survived multiple gangbangs.. hahahah duno how many ppl tried to frag my "amazingly big big small brother" but failed... hahhaha will post up pic soon!

i m here now in campus. in one of the lecture room doing the final preparation for cnye. i stink and my body aching. rushed here after paintball and have no time to clean up. hopefully everything goes well tomorrow!

just got back from a gambling gathering at sherz place. won abt 30+ but lost 10 bucks to danielboy at the last round. so theres only 20 bucks left for me.

i almost teared when i read this.

i always knew i was going to marry her.
the proposal actually goes way back to more than 5 years ago. there was a period of time when i thought i had lost her. and i had gone back home to california, left with only my thoughts and perceived misery. there's this spot i always go to, just to be alone, do my QTs, or just to think. it's this barren cliff near my house that overlooks all of the san fernando valley. usually it's riddled with stones, dirt, and an occasional piece of trash (which i usually try to clear out.) but on this day, the day i thought i lost her, there was something else on the cliff. a single flower. this little yellow flower sprouting in the middle of what's basically a mound of dirt. it was a sign of hope, also a remembrance, that i lost her. so i just grabbed it...plucked it from the ground that it was born in, and took it home. i pressed the flower in an old dictionary and stashed it away. it was at that point i accepted that i may never be with her....and i decided to move on.
fast forward 3 years, both of us had our own paths. granted we were in the same school but our friendship was merely a hello and goodbye with underlying awkwardness from the past. we dated other people and grew during that time as well. but in the end, we were single...two pieces of the puzzle, not knowing that we fit.
the empire state building, a malaysian restaurant, a movie, and some hershey's kisses paved the way. and then it was January 22nd, 2001. the timing was perfect...we started to date. and on that day, i took out what was once lost...the single flower that was pressed in my red dictionary. i placed it in a wooden frame and gave it to her as a symbol that i got her back. that i didn't lose her afterall, that instead, i had her all along.
i always knew i was going to marry her.
so we dated and dated. and every single minute was amazing. from the trials and tribulation to the joys and laughters...every moment was important. at a certain point we were getting anxious. was marriage in the horizon? when can we start spending the rest of our lives together? and then me being a guy, i worried about the financial stability, the approval of parents, the commitment.
i have to admit, there were times when things were rocky, there were times we even doubted that God knew what he was doing. but all we knew is that we wanted to be with each other.
before we knew it, it was January 21, 2006. the day before what is to be our 5 year anniversary. i had spent 2 weeks working on a scrapbook looking back at 5 years of our relationship. now, you gotta understand, it's been years since i did anything arts and craftyish so me with a gluestick and scissors ain't a pretty sight. but i finally finished it the night before...it had dozens of movie tickets i had saved over the 5 years. every ticket to musicals we've been to. notes we passed to each other, pictures of us on various trips we took together, two pages dedicated to our dogs who are a big part of our lives. and as i sat there showing her the scrapbook i asked her to add little things in them.
i always knew i was going to marry her.
she pulled out old notes, drawings that i drew for her long ago. she helped glue in a musical ticket. we laughed at all the stuff we did. read some of the silly notes we passed to each other in class. and kept contributing to the scrapbook..until the last page.
the last page were two empty pages with just grass on it. "what should we put in here?" i asked. she looked around her room and pondered. then she thought of the framed flower. she resisted at first because she was afraid that the flower would break, but she eventually got up...grabbed the frame and sat down on her bed. she began to peel away the pegs that kept the back of the frame closed.
and as she opened it, she noticed a message written in ink on the inside of the frame.
"if you're reading this then we've made it this far...and i know we would. without much further ado, will you marry me? - please say yes!"
and underneath that, a date was inscribed....January 22nd, 2001.
i always knew i was going to marry her.
and she said yes.

on the very last page of the scrap book it reads:
"To God, who made all things possible."

i been wanting to post this since last week...

remember a while a ago, ah-beng from PCK donate his liver to his fiancee, i have a similar story.

this time its a female version..

ah-yian was surfing the the net one night. she recieve a email forward stating that a 13 year old boy is in need of a liver from a donor or else the boy will die in few months. due to the lack of cadaveric livers( livers from dead ppl), the boy is in need of living donor liver transplant.

ah yian decided to contact the family to offer her liver to transplant. not only ah-yian wanted to donate, infact the boys family recieve many many calls from potential donors. after months of testing n testing n testing, the doctors found out that ah yian's liver n blood type was the most suitable for the boy.

plans were made and the operation date was set. the operation will be done in Gleneagles Hospital , Singapore

on the 9 of novemberat 7am, ah yian n the boy was push in to the operation room. the operation was done by DR CK Lee the same doc whom had done the surgery for ah-beng n his fiancee. 8 hours later ah yian came out of the operation room unconcious while the boy came out 3 hours later at 6pm. THE OPERATION WAS SUCESSFULL but both ah yian and the boy is very weak.

both of them is currently in ICU.

i m still in cyber. gonna go fetch steph at bukit jalil at 1230 then head to nalanda to tutor her n kangxian.

my initial plan is to come back cyber to study, but then i things didnt go out as plan. i ni manage to cover 2 chapters. mostly wasted my time surfing n reading other peoples blog. dem "chee cham". i only have about 9 days to study before class reopens. minus one day because i m going down melaka this sat.

lets talk about something today...FOOD! i m gonna post up a recipe for oats( since i spill oats all over the floor today)

bahan-bahannye ialah :-
1 cup of oats (any oats will do, i use QUAKER oats)
3 cups of water (depending on how thick u want it to be, i like it thick)
1 chicken cube ( u can use ikan bilis if u want) （optional)
1 egg (put 2 if u feel like it) (lightly beaten)
few skined prawns, mushrooms, hams, sausages, crabstick( or just what ever u can find)
garam dan lada putih secukup rasa
fried onions (optional)

steps
1)boil the water in a pot. throw in the chicken cube.
2)put in the oats. cook for about 5 minute.
3)put in the prawns, mushrooms or just what ever u can find to the pot
4)put in the egg
5)simmer a while and put in the salt n peper
6)just before serving sprinkle some fried onions on top

hahahah tadaaa finishhh.....

b)mumps will make your saliva glands swollen. then parts below your ear will be swollen. its painful

d)in many serious case of mumps, not just your saliva glands is swollen, YOUR TESTICALS AND PENIS WILL SWELL TOO and the doctor said that it is damn painful. THANK GOD I DONT HAVE THIS!!!! i repeat I DONT HAVE THIS!!! HAVE I MADE MYSELF CLEAR!!!

there are times when ppl say i give good advice. yeah! i give good advise to ppl but to myself i give terible ideas. i m now shity mood. but for the benefits of those who reads my blog, i wanna share with you something that i've read about. the story of the pencil and the sharpener.

once there was this guy. he went thru many many suffering and misery. one day he cracked and wanted to kill himself. when he was about to kill himself, he saw this old man. the old man ask him y he wanted to die..yada yada yada.... then the old man ask him to imagine himself as a pencil. "at first when you write, your end is well pointed, enough to tear the paper. you can draw at any pace and the writing is easy'' the old man said.

they guy nodded.

"but then the point becomes blunt and the writing is not as good as you would like it to be. you are worn out" the old man said again. " what will u do? you will sharpen it with a sharpener!"

it needs sharpening to get it back into the initial form. it cannot be done without pain. as the pencil passes through the blades of the sharpener, shaving away some wood. the pencil is sharp again.

humans are like that too. we must endure suffering to get back into our initial form.

i find this story has a msg. i duno how applicable it is. but then this is the story.

the pain on my chest comes and goes. dad said it is cause of muscle pulling. maybe i terhurt myself. and to sheryee i have been eating contantly now. no more kiam pia. just that portion are smaller. *hugz*

that night after posting that blog, i went putra permai to eat sumthing. i ordered nasi lemak ayam and neslo ais. half way thru my meal i felt so damn full. didnt manage to finish it. once i got back home i felt like puking.

now my eating habits are abt normal. i find myself eating at a much smaller portion. think of this as a good thing. good for me to kam fei, and be the hottest guy in mmu~!~! DREAM ON SUCKER~!~!~!

i m now in my room in cyber. came back to get weizhi her medicine. kesian her headache for 3 days dee. got her a very powerful Ponstan. hope she be well soon.

the last proper meal i had was mcD with sher yesterday morning. since then i m solely surviving on cream crackers (kiam pia) and water (koon chui) only. not that i m broke or anything, in fact i have loads of foodstuff here but just i dun have the appetite to eat. i feel like puking. i m freaking my housemates out :P. till now i ate 14 pieces of crackers.

The Buddha taught the four noble truths:

First noble truth, life is suffering.
Second noble truth, the cause of suffering.
Third noble truth, the cessation of suffering.
Forth noble truth, the way to end suffering.

Lets skip all and just discuss the first noble truth, Life is suffering. The statement literally means to life is suffering. And what does living means? Whatever you think living is that is it. But generally speaking it covers the birth, the aging or growing up, sickness and pain and lastly death. Everything we do is suffering. Not to you maybe, but to someone else. For example, when you were born, it was joy for you and your family, but it cause great pain to your mother. When you want something badly but you do not get it that is suffering. When you are in first place in any competition, the second runner up will suffer.

When I say suffering, it’s not like being torture or anything like that. Suffering I meant was, the feeling of dissatisfaction, unpleasant, or any other negative feelings. In short “ bo song” feeling.

Why am I posting this? Granny just passed away on Sunday. She was 87 years old. May she be well and happy where ever she is. I would like to say thank you to all those who send their wishes. I truly appreciate it.

And lastly so sorry to all those I hurt intentionally or unintentionally in this pass few days. I must admit I am not emotionally unstable. I get angry, sad and jealous easily for no good reason. Sorry sorry!!!!!

today when i got a msg from my dad saying that my grandma was in coma, i froze for a moment. i didnt know wat to do then. i rushed to the hospital. all my uncles n aunties was there. i saw my granny lying there motionless. her hands was cold. both her arms were swollen. i wasnt really close with my granny due to languange barrier. but that that time deep down inside i was sad. 101 things are in my head now. granny, assignmnets, exams and her. i duno wat to do. in times like this i really hope that there is someone with me. someone to lean on, to cry to, to give a hug. but i guess i havent found that person yet.

begini ceritanya, saya baru balik dari makan malam. terbaca pulak coretan si alias-sher pulak. maka timbul lah suatu perasaan yang amat kuat. perasaan cinta kepada negara mula timbul. yakni saya telah membuat keputusan untuk mem"blog" dalam bahasa melayu maka lahirlah edisi BahasaMelayu : menyelamatkan kemaluan aylwin.

berbalik kepada coretan saya yang lalu, saya telah bertanya satu soalan, "apakan nama ingeris bagi lala?" iaitu sejenis makanan laut. terlebih dahulu ingin saya mengucapkan jutaan terima kasih kepada mereka yang telah menyumbangkan jawapan , seperti si victor, si teresa, si kangxian, si rachel dan lain lain lagi. jawapan yang sebenar ialah "clams" orang yang pertama yang telah memberikan jawapan ialah teman sebilik saya. maka dialah yang mendapat hadiah secawan kopi di bintangbucks. tetapi kepada yang tidak berjaya jangan patah hati. terdapat juga hadiah sagu hati. hadiah sagu hati berupa secawan teh ais di mana mana gerai mamak berdekatan. sekali lagi ingin saya merakamkan jutaan terima kasih kepada semua yang terlibat.

pagi ini, pada pukul 630 pagi, saya bersama teman serumah telah berangkat ke bandar kelang yang terletak lebih kurang 40 minit dari pekan cyberjaya. kami ke sana untuk bersarapan pagi. makanannya adalah makanan yang amat terkenal di bandar kelang iaitu tulang babi teh. untuk makluman semua tulang babi teh ini dimasak di dalam periuk pasir dan di makan bersama nasi minyak dan bawang goreng. hidanganan in amat menyelerakan. rugi jika anda ke bandar kelang dan tidak mencuba hidangan ini.

tentu saudara saudari sekalian hairan kenapa si alias-sher dan saya mem"blog" dalam bahasa melayu. ini kerana :-

a) hari kebangsaan akan tiba tidak lama lagi. ini sebagai tanda penghormatan kepada pahlawan2 yang telah bergadai nyawa demi negara tercinta malaysia
b)untuk meningkatkan martabat bahasa melayu yang kian hilang di kalangan pelajar universiti sekarang.
c)supaya orang ramai tidak lupakan bahasa ini. cintailah bahasa kita

suey part 1

just now i went for 8 am class, after class i ajak-ed lisan n seh li go mcD breakfast. so went to my car but my car wont start. i left my lights on for 2 whole hours. the battery died. i then call chee onn for the jump cable, he was on the way to campus i told him where i was n he came. just b4 he came, a3-8-3a senior came. yong zhi help me push my car out so that can jump start. but it couldnt, coz the cable was to thin and battery died. so i decided to go get a new battery. poor lisan n sehli still waiting for me.

suey part 2

just as i was hurrying out to get the battery, i accidentally left my keys in the ignition and lock the door. that time i was like OMG. wat to do. i call dad to bring over the keys n get a new battery. then off i go to mcD in lisan's car.

suey part 3
dad came with the battery. took 5 min to install the batt. after that i couldnt find the nut to hold the battery in place. then i was like DAMN. wat to do, to plan to go some find the nut in dengkil. said bye bye to dad n he left. just b4 i left, a3-8-3a seniors came bek from class. out of no where suddenly ten ten found the nut on the floor. fixed it n chowed bek.

duno to consider myself lucky or wat. just when i needed jump cables, chee onn was around. just when i needed someone to push the car, yongzhi came. while waiting for dad, lisan fetched me to mcD for breakfast and when i needed to find the nut, ten ten so happen to see the nut. duno how come such thing can happen. really happy in away. mayb my good karma ripen.

port klang and kuala selangor has officially be declared in state of emergency because the API index is over 500. very charm... went to red box today. as usual cheeoon will sing finish as hes the "kor san" and beehui will just sit there and listen to the mini concert. but today concert we had a special guess CHIALING. who tapau-ed cheeoon. rampas mic from him and didnt let the poor kor san sing. LESSON TO BE LEARN : NEVER BRING CHIALING TO KARAOKE.

the celcom commercial ad shooting. woke up and drove back to cyber. gather at the cyberia shops at 1130am. boarded a 868 at 12. destination ZOUK KL. reach there at about 1. was among the first group of kelefehs to arrived. during the day zouk look so diffrent. well it was not as big as at night. it look much smaller. waited until like it was 5 to begin shooting. we shot 2 scene. first scene was indoor, acting like clubbers. we were supose to dance and jump around like drunktards. second scene was outdoor, so we had to wait for the sky to turn dark. acted like ppl walking about when two couple were paktohing. all the shooting ended at 10 and we reach back at cyber at 1130. all the hard work and i only earn 50 bucks. neway get some exp. from this. now i know how a movie or a commercial is produce.

3/8/2005 - 4/8/2005

was very2 tired after the commercial shooting but i headed down to ipoh. boarded a bus at pudu with chinkuang and waikit. june and steven took a bus from penang. wei zhi pick us up and we went and eat something. after that went back to weizhi's house to wait for the rest of the gang. at night, we stayed at suyen's house. my tummy wasnt that well that day. had mild diarrhea. basically the trip was all about food. lou wong, nam heong, tai shu keok and my personal fav. kong hing. on the last day, visited the sam poh tong cave temples. took some pics, fed some turtles and ect. will post some more picturs later on. for more info pls visit steven's blog.

this week end cousin from singapore in coming down to ipoh. so might go down as well. a good chance to escape the haze and suck in some fresh unpolluted ipoh air.

just came back from audiowarfare, an event organized by sparc. overall the event was not bad. at lease it was way much better that the DJ gig thingy. both cost the same. actually the best part of this is get to meet back with old pals like yvonne, alex and amy. come to think of it i m begining to like the rock band thingy. kinda cool. i would die to know how 2 play the drums. neway had a great time. did alot of crazy stuffs i.e screaming my lungs out, taking pic with alex's pet iguana and 'curi' ing lots and lots of hitz.fm car stickers. its funny how suyen n jess keep thanking me for no apprent reason. i duno wat i did aslo, "aylwin thank u for everything".hahaha. at a scale from 1 to 10, i give my day a 8.

yo peeps~!~its been a while since i have bloged about my life lets see what happen :-

1) followed topper n family down to melaka to get topper's melaka accomodation settle; hes going fer alpha engine in mmu starting 5th june.

2) wesak!!!! volunteered at nalanda in the morning till evening then at nite i did a crazy thing~!~! i joined the wesak procession organized by the buddhist maha vihara in brickfields. for the whole thing i walk fer 10 km around kl at night~!~! crazy but true~!~!

3) just becoz of the wesak thingy i missed weizhi's house warming party~!~! huhuhuh~!~! i wanted to go so badly~!~!huhuh~!~! i wan see zhi zhi n su yen~!~~!~!~! huhuhuhu

4)celebrated meows bday via webcam. somthing you never hear b4 rite~!~! a few of us went over to her house with a birthday cake show her on the webcam lit the candles asked her to make a wish n stuff...and then we blow the candle, cut the cake and eat for her~!~! :D

5) going to langkawi on the 31st till 2nd and then incovar camp on 2nd till the 5th....

6) class starts on the 13th june

yo peeps~!~!
went redbox sunway yesterday with topper song cheewei and penyu..heehehehe it was fun~!~! i really am getting into the redbox thingy hahahah~!~!since holiday started i didnt go clubbing even once but i went redbox 3 times dee muhahahah~!~!on my way bek from sunway, kristal call she said she was lost in puchong...then i gave her direction on where to go...5 min later she called again...she said her tire burst~!~! i was like wtf....how unlucky can u be~!~!the worst part her car didnt have the jack or spannar...fortunetly some good samaritan stop and lend a hand.

next wed is my high school's sports day...i went to school today to help the scouts out with the marching and stuffs..next month i will be coaching the school's under 15 n under 18 softball team with topper. its a good time for me to burn fats. i sort of made up my mind to grow thinner before the sem starts~!~! hahahah....wish me luck~!~! hahaha

i m now back in klang. just got back from movies with topper, song, kristal, and cheewai. watch the movie pacifier staring vin diesel !!! gosh his the man's man !!! anyway i will start looking for jobs tomorrow. will go see uncle alan, hopes he gives me the job at secret recipe. anyway if that fails, i m gonna try G2 or demopower. both company handles those promoters in hypermarkets where they give u free food samples. i might even work as the ticketing agent for the royal london circus. but then i only earn the commision for every ticket i sell. no basic whatsoever.

been in my room almost the whole day watching dramas. i duno why but i m begining to miss the people in cyberjaya. miss onlining 24/7. miss hanging out until the wee hours of the morning. MISS MY ROOMIE!!!! hahahahah john its you~!~!~!hahahha thanks for being such a nice roomie. waking me up. sharing movies with me. helping me out with my pc. tolerating me. and lots more~!~!~ hahahaha.
